A yurt is a tent of felt or skin used by Turkish and Mongol nomads who live in Central Asia. The Mongolian yurt emerged there about 2 000 years ago and has evolved substantially over the centuries.
Classified a world heritage site of humanity by Unesco, it is also suitable for modern living.
We offer original and friendly accommodation in a yurt.
Located in the Domaine du Rocher Saint-Loup, in the Rhone-Alpes, our 38m2 yurt is pleasently set in nature amongst grazing goats and horses.
Equipped with pleasant and comfortable furniture, our yurt can accommodate 7 to 8 people with a cozy living space and breathtaking views of the region that will surprise and delight your friends.
The yurt is available for rent all year, and is heated by a large wood stove in winter.
Come and share with your friends and family an unforgettable return to basics in contact with nature! |
